Instructors

Linda Hao
Linda Hao is a multi-disciplinary Creative Professional, Yoga Teacher, Ecstatic Dance DJ and Private Chef. Â
After a life transition of having a profession as a commercial DJ and fashion designer, Linda has been living a nomadic journey, travelling with Omm Home since 2016, establishing its new roots now in Koh Phangan, Thailand. She spends most of her energy and focus now onto sharing self-healing knowledge through the wisdom of medicinal food and guiding others sharing the same path towards peaceful living, healthy eating.
Linda is a certified yoga teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin, and Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapy. With all various trainings related to the body and self-healing, Linda fuses all holistic health knowledge and practice she’s gained over the past 6 years to providing an embodied yoga experience as a form of yoga therapy.Â
On the element of sound, Linda identifies herself as DJ JUNGIRL, weaving shamanic sounds of drum with electronic genres including techno, tribal, downtempo and organic house in ceremonial gatherings, holding spaces through Ecstatic Dance journeys, guiding others to express and heal through music, movement as medicine.

Sadhna Upadhya
Sadhna Upadhya is an accomplished Yoga trainer with 1000 hours of training and 4000 hours of teaching experience over the past 6 years. Her background in hospitality has given her the necessary skills to become a successful Yoga instructor, and her passion for Yoga has led her to travel extensively, teaching and leading classes for various organizations and brands.
Sadhna's classes combine Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, emphasizing breath and movement. She aims to help students achieve physical, mental, and emotional balance through Yoga. Her teachings include meditation, mantra, and philosophy, providing a well-rounded approach to practice. Born and bred in Singapore of Indian heritage, Sadhna brings a unique cultural perspective to her teaching.
Now, Sadhna focuses on personal sessions, workshops, and retreats. She is also launching her teacher training program at the end of 2023, aiming to empower aspiring Yoga teachers with the knowledge she has gained throughout her successful journey.
