IFT - ASIA

Individual Football Training (IFT) is an academy focused on developing the technical ability of a football player. With a unique and customized training methodology which pays specific attention to an individual – IFT aims to elevate the technical, tactical and cognitive ability of a footballer. Our primary objective is to equip the individual with all the necessary footballing attributes and widen his/her range of ability to eventually develop into a more complete footballer.

ABOUT IFT'23

IFT will be organising a series of football programmes, conducted by our specialised IFT Coaches from Portugal, this coming June.

Conducted over 5 days, from 9am to 5pm, the structure for each of the 3 programmes will differ significantly and hence you may sign up for more than one.

All three programmes are open to everyone regardless of which academy you might be in.

Catered for boys and girls of all abilities – from beginners to elite level players.
