IFT - Individual Football Training
Individual Football Training (IFT) is an academy focused on developing the technical ability of a football player. With a unique and customized training methodology which pays specific attention to an individual – IFT aims to elevate the technical, tactical and cognitive ability of a footballer. Our primary objective is to equip the individual with all the necessary footballing attributes and widen his/her range of ability to eventually develop into a more complete footballer.
IFT Team
The IFT team is made up of experienced professionals, with a degree in Physical Education and Sports, experience in youth and adult training, master’s degrees in high-performance training, professional experience in individual development training and also experience in observation/detection of young talents.
